Making an impact. What will you do

• In this role, you will ensure the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of electrical systems while maintaining compliance with internal and external standards
• Furthermore, you will support the implementation of engineering, maintenance, and troubleshooting strategies to standardize electrical systems and optimize asset performance
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives is part of your role, focusing on enhancing reliability, efficiency, lifecycle cost, and team capabilities to maximize business performance
• Additionally, you will lead the operation, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical electrical infrastructure, including substations, switchgears, motor control centers, drives, generators, transformers, UPS systems, and electrical control systems
• You will also leverage predictive maintenance technologies, provide technical guidance and training, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and sustainable business growth
  
  

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably specializing in Power Distribution and Electrical Drives
• Five to eight (5 to 8) years of experience in electrical maintenance and/or design engineering within process plant environments, including high-voltage electrical systems
• You have strong technical knowledge of electrical power systems, equipment reliability, maintenance practices, and troubleshooting
• Experience in the design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems will be an added advantage
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), preferably SAP PM, is advantageous
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives, solve complex technical issues, and deliver operational excellence
• You have effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
