KEY ROLES
Finance Roles:
Maintain full set of management accounts.
Prepare the budget forecast of Yayasan UniKL
Assist in annual audit report and tax return process, liaise with external auditors and tax agents.
Assist in treasury and monitor cash flow ensuring sufficient funds in meeting day to day operational expenditures.
Assist in company secretarial matter related to finance and AGM matters assigned as and when necessary.
Liaise with both internal and external parties such as bankers, auditors and company secretary on all treasury, statutory and compliance matters.
Administrative Roles:
Manage and apply/renew all required office permits/licenses from relevant authorities.
To assist Board of Trustees and Director in fiduciary responsibilities through AGM and other meetings
Responsible and ensure well-maintained office facilities and administration systems set up, functioning efficiently to support the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
To execute any other tasks as assigned from Director.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations or equivalent
At least 4 years working experience in related field
Knowledgeable in managing Human Resource Management which cover Industrial Relation and Employee Relation and Employee Engagement
Sound knowledge and understanding in Labour Laws & Regulation ie: Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act
- Employee Provident Fund Act 1991, and Employee Social Security Act 1969.
Extensive experience in industrial relations, collective bargaining & dispute resolution
Strong knowledge of labor law & regulations
Possess strong problem solving abilities with high level of integrity and professionalism
Excellent in communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Good analytical skills and result oriented
Able to travel whenever required
