In this role you will...
- Initiate contact with tenants regarding overdue payments through various channels, providing assistance and creating suitable payment arrangements.
- Maintain detailed records of all tenant communications, payment statuses, and collection efforts in our system.
- Assist in reconciling tenant accounts and collaborate with finance teams to resolve payment allocation issues.
- Prepare collection reports and escalate unresolved issues to senior management.
You're A Great Fit If You Have
- Diploma in Tenancy Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (Degree preferred).
- Collection, customer service, administrative, or data entry experience is beneficial.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Empathy and patience in difficult situations.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
