Executive, Demand Planner

Job scope:

Demand Forecasting: Analyze sales data to generate accurate demand forecasts, align sales targets with merchandising teams, and create rolling 18-month forecasts based on specific parameters.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales & operations, marketing, and supply planners to gather input for demand planning and ensure alignment of sales targets.

Inventory Management: Synchronize demand forecasts with inventory targets to consistently achieve optimal inventory levels.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning

Risk Mitigation and Contingency Planning: Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans.

Reporting: Prepare and maintain relevant reports on forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and urgent order rates.

Forecast Alignment and Insights: Present forecast to management, provide strategic insights on unconstraint demand, and support data-driven decision-making.

Continuous Improvement: Identify trends, track ad hoc promotions, consolidate data to determine net demand, and make allocation decisions for promotions.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience and knowledge in supply chain management

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management/Mathematics/Industrial Statistics/Actuarial Science/Engineering or relevant qualifications
