Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Mastery: Manage full-set accounts, budgets, and monthly financial reports, ensuring efficient and compliant systems.
  • Project Expertise: Prepare and analyze project development costs and financial reports with precision.
  • Insightful Analysis: Perform variance analysis and deliver clear, impactful presentations for stakeholders.
  • Tax Savvy: Review tax returns, prepare profit computations, and liaise with tax authorities to ensure compliance.
  • Strategic Oversight: Assess project feasibility, monitor funding, and structure financial resources across the Group.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external stakeholders like auditors, tax agents, and banks.
  • Cash Flow Management: Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow reports to maintain financial health.
  • Compliance Focus: Ensure all accounting practices align with statutory and company requirements.
  • Problem Solver: Handle ad hoc assignments and provide solutions for business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent, specialized in Finance or CPA/ACCA/CIMA and a member of recognized professional body.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in auditing in property industries.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in commercial and preferably 1-2 years in property development company
  • Knowledge of accounting systems especially IFCA and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards / Income Tax.
  • Possess a high level of integrity, result-oriented analytical skills, team player & strong leadership.
  • Independent and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good interaction skills with overseas personnel
