Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible to provide first line support to users on all application related requests/enquiries.
- Responsible to assist in the smooth running of BAU for IT functions.
- Understand and familiar with database structure and data contents of various applications.
- Able to access database and perform necessary actions (query, extraction, investigation) to support the BAU operations of section.
- Work with business / stakeholder as required
- Degree in Information Technology.
- General Management Skill .
- Effective communication.
- Good business acumen and organisation awareness.
- Good analytical and problemsolving skill.
- Databases knowledge (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, DB2, etc).
- Project Management
