Job Responsibilities
Marketing Communication
- To plan, execute and coordinate a variety of marketing, event and promotions to draw customer's traffic in the specific month's as assigned by the Manager.
- Create, manage, monitor, innovate and enhance the Company's website, all social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) are up to date, accurate and relevant to create brand awareness online.
- Assist the Manager in rolling out new campaign/partnership projects over multiple channels such as onsite, newsletter, social media, paid media and mobile.
- Assist in drafting brand aligned copy, write-up and copywriting for collaterals like social media, website, press kits, press release brand, product, etc.
- Manage the production of marketing materials, posters, flyers, bunting etc
Event and Promotions
- To assist the manager in ensuring that the monthly income target is achieved through profitable rental of promotion space, accessory parcels and any other available revenues.
- To source for suitable and relevant external parties for promotions and events that are in-line with the Mall's Brand Values.
- To plan, source and execute thematic promotion space based on selected Marketing Campaigns
- Maintain & compile data on all marketing activities and monitor progress of sales at the end of promotional period.
- Day to day responsibility for all marketing communications for the mall, to the customers and stakeholders.
- Sourcing, ordering and monitoring of stock count of marketing materials, merchandise items, gift and complimentary products.
Public Relations and Customer Service
- To manage and ensure information between mall with media and general public is timely, accurate and reinforces the mall's brand identity and positioning.
- To establish and maintain good network of contacts with tenants, government agencies, and tourism related bodies, charity/volunteer organizations, corporate organizations, etc.
- To ensure timely and proper response when addressing feedback from shoppers via Social Media and Concierge Counter.
- To ensure regular communication with Tenants on Mall activities.
Education/Professional Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related field required
Professional Experience
- Professional certificates or training with relevant marketing bodies, i.e. Persatuan Pengurusan Kompleks (PPK)
- Possess at least 2- or 3-years experience in Human Resources
