Job Summary
Plan, administer, and monitor the development and operation of the NADI system's ecosystem, and related digital platforms to ensure functionality, reliability, data integrity, and user-friendly access for smooth daily operations. This role supports system configuration, validates system outputs, provides first-line user support, and ensures timely resolution of system-related issues. Support the Head of Department in implementing system enhancements, monitoring system performance, and ensuring compliance with system-related policies and procedures to enable effective reporting, decision-making, and service delivery across NADI centres nationwide.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and propose NADI system development and enhancement initiatives, including new features and improvements, based on user needs and operational requirements.
- Administer the NADI system by monitoring functionality, reliability, data integrity, and user accessibility, including managing notifications, user access, and routine system tasks to ensure smooth and timely operations.
- Monitor system performance, detect errors or discrepancies, and escalate technical issues to the technology partners for resolution.
- Validate and verify system data (including but not limited to membership, programme, and operational) to ensure completeness, accuracy, and readiness for reporting.
- Support the implementation of system upgrades, integration initiatives, and feature enhancements by coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
- Prepare regular system usage and performance reports to support operational and management reviews.
- Assist in user training, preparation of SOPs, and guidance documents to improve system literacy among NADI staff and stakeholders.
- Provide first-line user support and troubleshoot basic system issues, escalating unresolved cases to relevant technical teams.
- Ensure compliance with PDPA, data security, and MCMC governance requirements for all system operations.
- Liaise with other relevant teams to align on reporting requirements and ensure timely data submission.
- Undertake other system-related administrative tasks and assignments as directed by the Head of Department
Qualification & Work Experience
- Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in system administration, IT operations/ support, or data management, preferably within a nationwide service delivery or public-sector environment.
- Experience in administering system functions, including user management, data entry, validation, and reporting support.
- Proven ability to handle system-related requests, troubleshooting, and user support in an operational environment.
- Experience in coordinating with internal IT vendors, and service providers on system maintenance and enhancements.
- Good understanding of data security, confidentiality, and compliance requirements in system operations
Technical Competencies/Skills
- Good understanding of system architecture, process flows, database structure, and system integration to support daily operations.
- Proficiency in system administration, including user management, access control, and notification approvals.
- Ability to validate and maintain accurate system data for reporting and compliance.
- Basic troubleshooting skills and familiarity with system upgrades, testing and UAT.
- Competence in preparing reports and using tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power Bl.
