We are looking for a Executive, Product Experience to lead the evolution of Gentari Go, our flagship EV charging platform. You will own the product end to end, shaping the user experience, driving new feature launches, and ensuring the platform continues to deliver value for both users and internal teams. We are looking for someone who has built and shipped consumer-facing mobile products in a tech or digital-first company and is comfortable working closely with designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to turn ideas into reality.
Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle of Gentari Go, from ideation and requirement definition to delivery, iteration, and performance measurement;
- Work closely with designers, developers, and internal stakeholders to translate user and business needs into well-scoped product requirements, prioritise effectively, and deliver high-quality features on time;
- Balance the needs of both external users and internal teams by designing workflows and tools that enable operations, customer service, and administration functions to support great user experiences;
- Define clear success metrics and use analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Metabase, and Google Analytics to monitor performance and guide product decisions;
- Translate business goals and user insights into actionable product documentation including PRDs, release notes, and rollout plans, and coordinate UAT and market launches;
- Collaborate across teams including Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure a seamless end-to-end user journey;
- Track delivery timelines, dependencies, and related budgets while ensuring internal processes and approvals are managed smoothly;
- Stay close to user feedback, competitive developments, and new technologies in EV charging and digital mobility to inform continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on product management experience in a tech or digital-first company, preferably focused on consumer mobile applications;
- Demonstrated ability to ship consumer-facing mobile products while working closely with developers and design teams;
- Prior experience using app analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Metabase, or Google Analytics, with the ability to work independently with data to generate insights;
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product release cycles;
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments typical of startups or technology product teams;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise slides;
- Passion for green mobility, technology, and building products that improve everyday experiences.
