Job Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Retail Media Campaign Coordinator to support the execution of in-store and digital retail media campaigns. This role ensures smooth delivery of campaigns by tracking production timelines, maintaining assets, and assisting with reporting and documentation.
- Coordinate and track the production schedules and delivery timelines for in-store and digital media campaigns.
- Maintain and update campaign asset libraries, ensuring all materials are organized and accessible.
- Support reporting activities, including campaign performance and post-campaign documentation.
- Assist the team in preparing campaign briefs, internal reports, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative and campaign support tasks as required.
Job Requirements :
- Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
- 12 years of relevant experience in media, marketing, or campaign coordination.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with digital and in-store media campaigns is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
