Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales & Marketing Executive role based in Bangsar. The individual will drive the studio's business growth by managing day-to-day sales operations, developing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients, partners, and collaborators. Key responsibilities include promoting film and video projects, designing marketing campaigns for productions, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. The role requires close collaboration with production, creative, and post-production teams to enhance brand visibility and expand the studio's client base.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, client relations, and business development within the media, film, or creative industries.

Proficiency in digital marketing, content promotion, and campaign management for film, video, or multimedia projects.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage clients, sponsors, and collaborators.

Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify new business and partnership opportunities in the entertainment sector.

Strong organizational, time management, and team collaboration skills, especially in fast-paced production environments.

Familiarity with marketing tools, CRM platforms, and content promotion software is an advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related fields preferred.
