Job Description

  • To support on implementation of Outlet Pre-Opening checking for smooth outlet opening. 
  • To support new outlets opening.
  • Ensure outlet front liners being trained prior to deployment or launch of new campaign.
  • Perform training administration duties and maintain training records.
  • Ensure training materials are up to date.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders for any training requirements.
  • Achieve training KPI in People-development, Customer satisfactions, SOP and company compliances.
  • Enforce & support all training & development plans for all staff under your supervision as per company's policy.
  • Visit stores on an approved scheduled monthly activity plan and implement corrective coaching whenever necessary.
  • Prepare weekly or monthly training reports/results of training and submit to Training Manager on a timely basis.
  • Maintain a positive attitude when dealing with challenging situations.
  • Coordinate, support, and implement projects and activities to build good employee relations, employee motivations, teamwork and company culture.
  • Guide and support front liners to resolve specific training problems, either on one-on-one or in groups.
  • Review progress of front liners through evaluation, re-certification and constant follow up.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of each program, identify the root cause, and provide an improvement plan.
  • Maintain all training resources, trainees personnel training records. 
  • Any other ad hoc projects/tasks delegated by the Training & Development manager.
