Position: Finance Manager - AMK Technology
Permanent: with 6 months probation.
Location: Onsite - Cyberjaya
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to senior management.
- Prepare regular financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, etc.).
Accounting & Reporting
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
- Ensure accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.
- Maintain general ledger and oversee reconciliation activities.
Cash Flow & Credit Management
- Manage company cash flow and working capital.
- Oversee payroll, invoicing, collections, and payments.
- Monitor client credit and ensure timely follow-up on receivables.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Implement and monitor internal controls.
- Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Supervise and support finance/accounting team members.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, operations, HR) to ensure financial alignment.
Requirements:
- Experience working with a recruitment agency is an added advantage.
- Experience leading financial operations and ensure that all financial processes align with business objectives and regulatory standards.
- Degree or Diploma in Accounts and Finance
- Experienced in handling a full set of Accounts/ Tax matters/ Worked in Audit Firms before/ Good in communication skills and good in collections of payments, meaning who can interact with clients and take actions, and go and meet the client and chase and collect for payments
- Proactively prepare financial reports, cash flow management/ Fund management, as well as international taxation exposure. Importantly, we are looking for someone who is committed to work and flexible.
