About the Role
Executing day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing and other transactions.
Responsibilities
- Managing Intercompany Transactions.
- Review financial data and prepare monthly MIS.
- Managing flow of cash, banking.
- Reviewing monthly Balance Sheet Schedule.
- Reviewing Annual Reports.
- Supporting Business Finance Team for preparation of reports.
- Liaise with auditors to facilitate and ensure timely completion of audit and filing.
- Liaise with company secretaries and tax consultants to ensure statutory compliance.
- Any other finance matter that is required by Management/ HO Finance.
Qualifications
- Advance Degree in Finance such as CA, CPA, ACCA or Equivalent.
- 6-8 years of experience in finance role.
Required Skills
- Handling Team and Hands on experience to maintain books of account.
- Leadership & Problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, organisational skills, interpersonal & communication skills, analytical skills, multi-tasking abilities, integrity and honesty.
- Proficient user of finance software, ERPs (Oracle, Netsuite etc.), MS Office.
Preferred Skills
- The role will require effective communication, coordination, and collaboration with Business owners, Group Finance teams, Business finance teams, and team members spread across geographies.
