Finance Manager

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in financial management and accounting to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Monitor financial performance through analysis and interpretation of financial data.

Prepare and review consolidated financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Optimize financial structures and transactions for business valuation and stakeholder objectives.

Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.

Oversee audits, tax filings, and coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.

Manage cash flow, investments, and risk management activities.

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team for efficient day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

Must hold MIA membership.

Proven experience as a Finance Manager or equivalent role.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial management.
