Responsible for planning, managing and coordinating the marketing & sales functions including developing and implementing marketing plans, policies, promotions as well as ensuring efficient operations of the marketing & sales functions
Providing budgetary control, sales forecasts and gross margin analysis.
Evaluate customer research, market condition and competitors&apos activities.
To coach, mentor and motivate sales/marketing team members and to ensure continuous improvement.
Develop market research and intelligence as well as industry database for innovative marketing concepts, strategies and products as well as to achieve quarterly sales and conversion budgets and targets.
To ensure quality service deliverance to customers from all operational departments.
Any other duty & responsibility, which the company may assign from time to time.
Requirements:
Possess at least Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 8 to 10 years of working experience in senior management position in property development industry.
Good working knowledge of Malaysian property including service apartments, office, retail, hotel, etc.
General knowledge on rules and guidelines on property industry.
Has strong management and good decision making skills.
Able to lead and manage the relevant teams to achieve companys goals &objectives.
Good communication and networking skills.
Possess strong business acumen to manage business units to achieve projected revenue & profitability with effective cost management.
