About OneCredit

OneCredit is Malaysia's newest Credit Reporting Agency registered under the Ministry of Finance.

We compile and maintain individual and business credit information to generate reports and scores to help businesses and consumers manage risk, make informed decisions, and achieve their financial goals.

Beyond that, we are an information services and technology company specialising in big data analytics, delivering data-driven insights that support decision making in government, businesses, and financial institutions.

About the Role

In this role, you play a key part in shaping and driving the Company's operational excellence. This includes establishing strong internal controls, implementing structured and scalable processes, and ensuring effective governance across all operational functions. The role will be pivotal in building a resilient operational framework that supports growth, enhances efficiency, and ensures regulatory compliance.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and optimise end-to-end sales and customer onboarding processes to ensure efficiency, compliance and a seamless customer experience.
  • Oversee compliance audit processes and strengthen operational governance frameworks.
  • Establish and maintain robust data operations, ensuring data quality, integrity and effective controls.
  • Lead consumer redress and complaint management frameworks to ensure fair outcomes and regulatory alignment.
  • Manage and enhance overall business and administrative operations to support organisational effectiveness and scalability.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in operations, preferably within credit reporting, fintech, data-driven, or regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing processes, internal controls and operational frameworks.
  • Strong analytical capability, meticulous attention to detail and sound commercial judgment.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving organisational alignment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.

Nice to Have

  • Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance practices.
  • Experience in driving operational transformation, including process automation and adoption of AI/ML-enabled solutions.
