What You'll Do:
The Head, Total Rewards will play a pivotal role in shaping organization end to end rewards strategy by staying up to date on industry best practices and emerging trends to drive forward-thinking strategies that significantly contribute to the success of organizations business strategy.
This role is responsible for:
Developing and lead the organization's comprehensive strategy for Total Rewards using compelling and equitable compensation and benefits programs aimed at attracting and retaining top talents in competitive environment and across multi-disciplines.
Provide strategic direction, planning, and requirements to execute the design, implementation, communication, and administration of the organization's compensation programs, including annual short-and long-term incentives and executive compensation.
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's rewards programs to ensure they are aligned with business and talent strategies and monitor market trends to make recommendations for change, as appropriate.
Key Results Area
1.Compensation Strategy & Design
- Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation strategy and related framework that supports recruitment, retention, and engagement across all organizational levels.
- Design and manage compensation structures, including base salary, incentive, and variable pay programs.
- Perform market analysis and salary benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation practices within the industry.
- Partner with HRBP and Talent Management & Development team on annual performance review cycle and compensation processes and provide expertise and guidance on compensation matters when required.
2.Benefits Program Management
- Lead the design, rollout, and administration of various employee benefit programs including flexible program to promote employee health and wellness.
- Promote employee understanding and participation in benefit programs through targeted communication efforts.
- Partnering with third-party providers to support benefit management and administration.
- Evaluating the effectiveness and cost-efficiency of benefit plans.
3.Job Analysis & Job Evaluation
- Review job grading and salary structure including Job Evaluation exercise to ensure fair and equitable compensation.
- Conducting job analysis to determine job responsibilities and requirements.
4.Leadership & Team Development
- Manage and mentor a team of Total Rewards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business, senior leadership including board to drive alignment and support for Total Rewards initiatives.
- Contribute strategic insights to enhance employee experience across all levels.
- Drive change management efforts to meet the evolving needs of the business.
5.Strategic Analysis & Reporting
- Regularly analyse Total Rewards data to identify trends, provide insights, and make recommendations for continuous program improvements.
- Prepare reports for senior leadership, showcasing the effectiveness of compensation and benefits strategies in relation to organizational goals.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to assess program success and identify areas for improvement.
6.Regulatory Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure that Total Rewards programs align with the organization's initiatives and stay current with relevant laws and regulations impacting Total Rewards strategies.
- Integrate best practices and emerging trends to continually enhance the Total Rewards framework.
7.Employee Communication and Education
- Promote, educate and communicate all core Reward principles and practices.
8.Employee Satisfaction and Engagement
- Enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement through meaningful rewards and recognition programs.
9.Cost Management
- Balancing competitive compensation and benefits offerings with cost-effective management

Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree preferably in Human Resources, Mathematics, Business, Economics, Statistics or a related field with ideally 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in developing compensation structure and deploying total rewards programs.
- Possess a deep understanding of compensation, equity and benefits trends, with a focus on the fintech industry
- Solid understanding of remuneration policy and processes, including benchmarking, job evaluation, salary setting and management of incentive plans.
- Strategic and analytical thinking combined with pragmatism, diagnostic skills and hands-on implementation strength in complex Total Rewards topics.
- High energy and initiative with the ability to proactively identify issues, develop solutions, and ensure precise implementations.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
- Experience in managing multiple tasks/projects within set timeframes.
- Ability to lead and influence in a matrix environment.
- A strong communicator who can build consensus and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
