Role Summary
The HR Executive (Payroll) manages end-to-end payroll operations, statutory compliance, and payroll-related HR administration to ensure accurate and timely employee compensation.
What you will be doing:
- Handle payroll processing, attendance verification, reporting, and payroll enquiries.
- Ensure statutory compliance with EPF, SOCSO, IRB, HRDF (including Form EA & YTD).
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and employee data.
- Prepare monthly payroll and labour cost reports, including bank reconciliation.
- Manage employee leave administration and foreign worker account matters.
- Support ad-hoc HR duties as required.
What you need:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
- 1-2 years experience in payroll, HRIS, and statutory compliance.
- Familiar with IRB, EPF, SOCSO, HRDF processes.
- Detail-oriented, numerically strong, and able to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a strong sense of confidentiality.
