JOB SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Executive is a highly hands-on role responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities and providing strong execution support for training initiatives and any other HR related duties. This role requires a reliable, fast learner and the ability to respond quickly and assist whenever required to ensure HR deliverables are met accurately and on time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Recruitment Operations (Primary Focus - Hands On)
- Execute end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, candidate communication and offer preparation.
- Conduct initial CV shortlisting based on job requirements and hiring manager criteria.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates efficiently.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, interview status and hiring progress.
- Ensure recruitment timelines are met with speed, accuracy and minimal supervision.
2.Training & Development Support
- Assist in coordinating training programs, including nomination tracking, attendance monitoring and post training documentation.
- Support preparation of training reports, evaluations and basic ROI tracking where required.
- Maintain training records and ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
3.Data, Reporting & Administration (Excel-Driven)
- Ensure proper filing and documentation in line with HR governance and audit requirements.
- Perform basic data analysis to support hiring and training decisions.
4.General HR support & responsiveness
- Provide on-demand assistance to HR and Management as and when required.
- Demonstrate strong discipline, accountability and follow-through on assigned tasks.
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR support role (hands-on experience preferred)
- Strong hands-on recruitment execution capability.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Highly reliable and committed to meeting deadlines.
- Ability to multitask and provide support across recruitment and training.
- Strong coordination, follow-up and good communication skills.
- High sense of responsibility and ownership.
