HR Executive
Job Description :
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
Handle statutory submissions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other related contributions
Ensure payroll records and reports are properly maintained
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs
Manage leave records, overtime, allowances, and employee claims
Support salary reviews, adjustments, and annual increment exercises
Foreign Worker Management
Handle foreign worker permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and compliance matters
Liaise with relevant government authorities and agencies on foreign labor matters
Maintain accurate records for foreign worker documentation and permits
HR Operations & Employee Records
Maintain and update employee personal files and HR databases
Prepare HR letters, contracts, and related documentation
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
HR Support & Administration
Assist in HR reporting and audits
Support HR policies implementation and compliance
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
Qualification :
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
Hands-on experience in Payroll, C&B administration, EIS, EPF, SOCSO, and statutory compliance
Proven experience handling foreign worker permits and documentation
Good knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and labor regulations
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems
Able to work Monday - Saturday (half day)
Able to speak Mandarin is a MUST
