About the Role
We are seeking a talented Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic team at MST Golf Group. As a full-time role based in Subang Jaya, Selangor, this position plays a crucial part in supporting our overall HR strategy and initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for a diverse range of HR functions, contributing to the growth and development of our organisation.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related policies, procedures, and best practices
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR programs, initiatives, and projects
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
- Collaborate with the management team to identify and address HR-related challenges
- Contribute to the enhancement of the company's HR practices and policies
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective HR service delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Required Skills
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the consulting or human resources industry
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and HR-related regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
- Proficient in HR-related software and systems, such as applicant tracking, payroll, and HRIS
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a consulting environment is a plus
