Job Scope
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and creative roles.
- Handle everything from sourcing and screening to offer negotiations.
- Develop innovative strategies to attract high-quality talent in a competitive market.
Statutory Compliance and Labor Law
- Act as the internal subject matter expert on the Employment Act 1955 and other local regulations.
- Ensure all employment contracts, termination procedures, and company policies are legally sound and up to date.
Compensation and Benefits
- Execute end-to-end payroll administration, including the calculation of overtime and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
- Manage monthly allowances, annual salary reviews, and benefits benchmarking.
Employee Relations and Engagement
- Serve as a mediator for workplace grievances.
- Design and implement initiatives that foster a positive culture, focusing on employee retention and well-being.
Performance Management
- Coordinate annual and mid-year appraisal cycles.
- Assist department heads in setting KPIs and managing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
HR Operations
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including complex onboarding and offboarding.
- Handle work pass applications where applicable.
- Maintain an audit-ready HRIS database.
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Studies, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Human Resources.
- High level of competency in HRIS software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (specifically VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
- Strong command of Malaysian local labor laws and industrial relations practices.
- Maintaining absolute confidentiality regarding payroll, medical records, and sensitive company data.
Salary/ Others
- Salary: Up to RM4,000 (Stretchable based on experience)
