What you'll do
- Manage and support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
- Liaise closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and professional recruitment experience.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and HR records.
- Plan and organize engaging and creative employee activities to foster team spirit and morale.
- Support initiatives that promote employee well-being, engagement, and retention.
- Assist in HR initiatives, process improvements, and ad-hoc HR projects as required.
What you'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR or recruitment experience.
- Strong ability to manage recruitment timelines and meet deadlines independently.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
