Job Description
Performance Management
- Assist in coordinating the OKR cycle (planning, tracking, and review) across departments
- Support in consolidating and monitoring departmental OKR submissions
- Track progress updates and follow up with stakeholders on OKR status
- Prepare reports and dashboards on OKR performance for management review
- Assist in organizing OKR workshops, briefings, or training sessions
Policy & SOP Management
- Assist in reviewing and updating internal HR policies and company SOPs
- Ensure policies and SOPs are properly documented, version-controlled, and aligned across departments
- Support in communicating updated policies to employees
- Assist in maintaining a centralized repository of policies and SOP documents
- Work with different departments to ensure consistency and compliance
Administratives & Strategic Support
- Provide administrative support to the SVP, Corporate & Strategy on HR initiatives
- Assist in preparing presentation materials, reports, and documentation
- Support internal audits or compliance checks related to HR policies
- Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (ongoing or completed)
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and HR Management practices
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
- Basic skills in Personnel Management and coordination
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using HR software/tools and Microsoft Office applications is a plus
- A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
