Play a corporate role of HR Center of Expertise (CoE), fostering and developing HR tools, policies, and practices to be implemented across subsidiaries, in alignment with business requirements.
Develop and implement HR strategic initiatives in line with business direction, risk management, and potential impacts on company performance.
Design and/or develop corporate HR policies, procedures, and guidelines that comply with labor regulations, business strategies, and HR standards.
Establish and manage employee welfare, compensation and benefits (C&B), and HRIS systems in compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company processes.
Manage and develop the full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee branding, based on company needs.
Lead employee engagement and CSR activities such as outings, birthday celebrations, company events, sports activities, and other charitable initiatives, ensuring alignment with the HR strategic plan.
Oversee overall administrative tasks of the People Partnership Department to support business procedures and daily operations.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English, or a related field.
710 years of HR experience covering HRBP, HR Generalist, or HR & Administration functions, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes, Human Capital metrics, and HRIS/reporting systems.
Solid understanding of Malaysia labor laws, employment regulations, and basic administration & purchasing practices.
Strong business acumen with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and people management skills, with a stakeholder-focused mindset.
