The HR Manager leads core HR functions to drive operational efficiency and strategic growth. Reporting to the Head of HR APAC and supporting the Operations Director, this role oversees daily HR operations, ensures compliance, and manages recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and talent development. Working with the Global HRBP, the HR Manager aligns regional practices with global initiatives, shapes inclusive policies, and uses data-driven insights to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Job Responsibilities:
- HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Develop and implement inclusive recruitment strategies and onboarding programs to attract and integrate a diverse workforce.
- Employee Engagement & Relations: Champion employee engagement initiatives and provide guidance on conflict resolution and effective communication between employees and management.
- Talent Development: Manage talent development programs, focusing on employee growth, career development and retention to build a high-performing workforce.
- Policy Development: Collaborate with leadership to design and update HR policies that reflect our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Strategic HR Alignment: Align HR strategies with overall business objectives to drive organizational success.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze HR data and trends to implement solutions that enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.
Job Requirement:
- Possesses a relevant degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 6 - 10 years proven experience in HR management, including employee relations, recruitment, and HR policy development.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively in various situations.
- Adaptable and can manage multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced multinational environment.
- Ability to develop local HR roadmaps (with regional and country mindset).
- Proactively identify country, site and functional minor and major OFI projects.
- Proactively carry out project management at the country, site and functional levels.
- Demonstrate active interest in strategic HR issues and concerns.
- Clear understanding of HR actions at country HR levels.
