The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing HR operations, developing talent strategies, and aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training and development, and fostering workplace culture. As a full-time, on-site position based in Kuala Lumpur, the role demands exceptional leadership and a proactive approach to creating a positive, productive, and compliant work environment.

• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies
• Strong background in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
• Proficiency in HR compliance, labor laws, and policies
• Experience in designing and implementing training and development programs
• Highly effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to navigate and maintain workplace culture, employee engagement, and diversity initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional HR certification (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
• Proficiency with HR software and tools
• Experience in the engineering or energy sectors is advantageous
