Job Description

Prior experience in Influencer Marketing Management, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

About the role:

As an Influencer Marketing & PR Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of influencer marketing and PR campaigns across multiple platforms. You'll work closely with the Engagement Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and with strong attention to detail.

This role blends strategic research, execution, coordination, and relationship management, and offers strong exposure to client interaction and regional campaigns as you grow.

What You'll Do:

Research & Campaign Planning

  • Conduct research on influencers, industry trends, competitors, audiences, and media landscapes.
  • Define campaign strategies based on brand goals, audience insights, trends and platform best practices
  • Assist Engagement Manager in developing end-to-end campaign plans, including objectives, influencer & platform mix, creative direction, and timelines

Campaign Execution & Support

  • Support full-scale execution of influencer marketing and PR campaigns from campaign briefing and set up to delivery and reporting.
  • Manage day-to-day tasks of influencer campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to campaign objectives
  • Coordinate posting schedules and ensure timely content deployment across platforms.
  • Compile post-campaign reports with performance analysis, insights, and recommendations (with the help of Engagement Manager).

Influencer & Media Coordination

  • Identify, vet, and support outreach to influencers, KOLs, creators, and relevant media outlets.
  • Directly coordinate influencer communications, adherence of deliverables, timelines and contracts in accordance with company best practices.
  • Manage contracting processes, fee tracking, and campaign documentation where required.

Content & Asset Support

  • Assist in developing content directions, including sample captions, influencer personas, and basic PR materials.
  • Review drafts and assets to ensure alignment with briefs and brand guidelines before submission.
  • Coordinate feedback loops between influencers, internal teams, and managers.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams (Client Success, Creative, Strategy, Media teams) to support integrated campaign delivery.
  • Maintain clear documentation and updates using internal tools (e.g. Asana, Slack, Google Workspace).

Operational Excellence

  • Support reporting, campaign tracking, and post-campaign summaries.
  • Assist in improving workflows and processes, including leveraging AI or automation tools where relevant.

Who You Are:

  • 13 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, communications, or digital marketing (agency experience is a plus).
  • Strong interest in influencer marketing, digital culture, and brand communications.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, XHS, and Threads
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn not afraid to ask questions or suggest improvements.
  • An interest in nonprofit, purpose-driven, or impact-focused campaigns is a plus.
  • Travel may be required.
