Job Description

  • Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to improve strategies and outcomes.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings.
  • Provide regular feedback and reports to management on lead development activities.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Inside Sales Lead Development Representative Should Have

  • A strong understanding of sales processes and lead generation techniques.
  • Experienced in working in B2B SaaS industry/company or experienced in selling BIM/CAD/CAM/CAE.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and within a team to meet targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • An interest in the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Knowledge in Construction and Civil Engineering will be a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
