Intern

PE Deprtment:

• Assist technician and engineering on documentation tasks such as customer reports, work instructions and standards.
• Assist engineer or technician to validate on proposal to solve the technical query/issuesAssist engineer to maintain technical data or dashboard.
• Assignments delegated by engineers or supervisors

Process Department

• Preparing and study the product process balance cycle time.
• To study and develop the new jig/fixture fabrication or automotion for process improvement.
• To identify and develop technical standards for production process.
• To train the production personnel on skill improvement.
• To review and analysis on process improvement.
• To solve any product engineering issue in production
• Any other duties as requested by superior from time to time.

QA Department

• Perform basic quality control inspection function check overall dimension, crimping, soldering, gluing. Labelling, testing, reworking and packing.
• Assists engineer with tasks such as collecting and validating data during product DVT and PVTExecute golden sample inspection and proper labelling
• Assisting quality engineer in handling nonconformity in the production line
• Following sampling/testing plans and maintaining traceability matrices.Any other duties as requested by superior from time to time.
