Job Description
We are seeking a results-oriented IT Specialist to manage our company's computer infrastructure and support our IT department. You may also configure network security settings and connect peripheral devices, like printers and scanners, that are used by multiple users. Your extensive familiarity with IT processes and procedures is what we are looking for!
- IT specialists provide direct support to users across the organization. This can include helping set up hardware or software, diagnosing connectivity or data access problems, answering questions about hardware or software, and helping users access shared drives and devices. In some organizations, an IT specialist may also provide support to help desk personnel and technicians.
- Install and configures network of photocopiers
- Provides phone, live chat and in-person support depending on customers scope
- Require to install and setup Multifunction copiers printers
- Walk clients through solutions to solve connectivity problems
- Attend to customers technical inquiries and provide technical support to ensure customers satisfactions
- Perform other related duties as and when directed by Superior.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/O Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Minimum one(1) year of working experience in related field is required for this position
- Working experience in Photocopier industry and IT is an added advantage
- Prefer experience in Services, Maintenance and Repair Copier and Information Technology
- Required skill(s) : maintaining, installation and connectivity of photocopier machines
- Good knowledge of IT hardware, software and network
- Able to work in a challenging and fast paced working environment
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated with high integrity, highly committed and able to work independently
- Positive working attitude & good discipline
- Possess relevant computer skills
- Possess own transport (motor-cycle or car)
- Good in spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia language
