Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management & Agile delivery
- Strong knowledge in Finance, Budgeting, and Cybersecurity (App Security, VM, IAM)
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum implementation
- Skills in project tools such as Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement & leadership capabilities

Role Summary
You will lead end-to-end project delivery across finance, cybersecurity, and IT initiatives within the bank. This role combines Project Manager responsibilities with Scrum Master duties, ensuring smooth execution, governance, team alignment, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management Duties
- Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet delivery objectives
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies across workstreams
- Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders and leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals
Scrum Master Duties
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives
- Coach teams on Agile principles to foster continuous improvement
- Work with Product Owners to manage and prioritize product backlogs
- Track performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.)
- Remove impediments and promote collaboration across teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in Agile delivery & project management
- Cybersecurity domain exposure preferred
- Certifications preferred: CSM/PSM, PMP or PRINCE2
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and project management methods
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing Hybrid AgileWaterfall projects
- Background in software development, digital transformation, or enterprise IT
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of budgeting, vendor management, resource planning
