- Perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance at client sites
- Respond promptly to incident, investigate and provide resolutions of incidents escalated via email, inbound call or onsite
- Provide timely status updates to relevant parties
- Monitor the agreed service level, document and maintain the configuration of the systems
- Deliver technical solutions to clients and take responsibility for the standards of work, project sign off and client satisfaction
- Responsible for providing in-depth technical support of assigned technology/area for customers
- Coordinates closely with internal sales, project manager, and service resources by communicating project status and success metrics
- Learn and adapt with new technologies, products and platforms
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment and as a team player.

- Min 1-3 years experience as IT Helpdesk / Network Engineer / System Engineer
- Good attitude and communication skill
- possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/IT
- Basic knowledge in installation and troubleshooting for below solutions:
- System & Storage : Virtualization, backup and restore
- Microsoft : Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Office, Windows client
- Strong knowledge in installation and troubleshooting LAN, WAN, security technology for below solutions:
- Networking : Cisco , Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortigate, Sophos solutions including switch, router, firewall, IP Phones, etc
- Exposure to Cisco routers and switches with Nexus VPC, VSS, fabric path & ACL is an added advantage
- Working alongside with team members to elevate technology and consistently apply best market practices.
