Job Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships & Growth
- Lead and secure strategic collaborations and partnerships to expand the company's market portfolio.
- Forecast business growth and evaluate the performance of existing collaborations, identifying new value propositions and opportunities for sustainable growth.
- Proactively explore new business opportunities and brand expansion initiatives through partnerships and alliances.
- Own partner relationship management, ensuring strategies, campaigns, and marketing plans are executed effectively and remain aligned with business objectives.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop, implement, and optimize integrated marketing strategies (digital and offline) to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives across social media, email marketing, website, and performance marketing channels.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, digital innovations, and competitive landscape, recommending relevant and practical marketing approaches.
Content & Campaign Management
- Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging marketing content in collaboration with internal teams, consultants, and external agencies.
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance, marketing metrics, and ROI, translating data into actionable insights and improvement plans.
- Prepare and ensure timely, accurate submission of marketing reports and management updates.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and direction to junior team members or consultants where applicable.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant marketing experience
- Proven experience in executing and managing both digital and conventional marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Mature personality with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of initiative, able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Strong command of English and Malay; proficient in report writing and presentations in English.
- Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen.
