Summary of this job:
Architect and develop automation and data analytics solutions/products to meet the needs of the BUs, and interface with both internal and external/industry experts to anticipate BUs needs and facilitate solution design and development of automation, data analytics products.
Key Responsibilities of this job:
1.Digitalization and Automation
a) Assess human effort that can be automated by having communication with BUs
b) Reduced human effort and optimize the process as well as provide analytical information out of the automation solutions
c) Reduced human error and ensure data governance in place for commissioned solutions/products
d) Define product requirements, roadmaps, and success metrics with stakeholders.
2. Data Analytics Development & Integration
a) Develop a Data Analytics delivery model framework to commercialize Managed Data Analytics harvesting data from customer's Altel deployed Infrastructure to provide insightful data for relevant decision-making process, requirements
b) Optimize models for scalability, latency, and cost-efficiency
3. Data Analytics Performance & Compliance
a) Ensure ethical Data Analytics practices, including bias mitigation, transparency, and compliance (PDPA, ISMS (ISO 27001), etc)
b) Monitor & manage post-deployment performance and iterate for improvement
4. Conduct for required staff on the job training and assign accountabilities to an automation or data analytics product development.
5. Ensure staff having clear goals and KPIs established and individual development plan enabling them for career progression
Qualifications:
Degree in Data Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent. Professional Certification any of the below will be advantageous: Certified Data Analyst, Data Science, others as related.
Minimum years of experience required to perform this job:
4-8 years in Network, IP Packet, Cloud Tech 3-5 years in Automation, data analytics tools development with hands-on product development and deployment.
