Manager, Business & Corporate Banking (Partner Management)

The Manager - Business & Corporate Banking (Partner Management) will be responsible to monitor and control the Business & Corporate Banking divisional CAPEX & OPEX budget & actual spends and campaign tracking / reporting. Besides that, the candidate is responsible for handling end to end organizing and planning of BCB association dinners, annual sales convention, customer networking events and dinners.

Responsibilities:

• Plan sales activity campaigns for activation and retention of clients, generate higher loan growth and new loans

• Work closely with business associations and SME and business centers to solicit business referrals and garner business

• Liaise with Hong Leong group stakeholders to identify new business opportunities within Hong Leong group of companies and their customers

• Prepare and write Expenditure Approval Request (EAR) / Capital Expenditure Request (CER) submissions and thereafter follow up on Purchase Request and PO issuance with respective departments

• To manage and coordinate talks, booths, dinners and marketing presence of HLBB

• Streamline and write policies to further improve business efficiency and improve process flow effectiveness

Job Requirement

• Malaysian citizen

• 2 years and above banking experience in a marketing / support role with good Microsoft excel skills (vlookup, pivot, page linking )

• Degree in Business / Management / Marketing or any equivalent.

• Possess excellent written and spoken English & Mandarin skills.

• Strategic thinking and being able to execute business plans effectively.
