Job Summary

• Responsible to achieve company/department goals and objectives by achieving sales target allocated through intermediaries.
• To be responsible to maintain high level of compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and building strong relationships with intermediaries to achieve company/department objectives.
• To generate New Business and ensure retention of existing clients from assigned portfolio.
• Manage and conduct on-boarding, training and briefing on EB products and services to intermediaries/clients.
• Manage outstanding premium of accounts and ensure payment made within the stipulated payment terms.
• To drive digitalization initiatives to be aligned with Company's goal and to ensure participation from Intermediaries.
• To ensure full compliance to division, company, LIAM and BNM guidelines.
• To offer full cooperation and uphold company goals and vision.
• Any other duties as and when deemed necessary.

Key Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in any discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Sales or Financial Services.
• Result-driven, able to achieve the target assigned, and able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and maintain relationships with intermediaries, and an effective team player.
• Well verse in both verbal and written communication skills – English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Familiar with the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT for tasks simplification
