Job Purpose:
- Support the Group Marketing and Local Marketing function within every area of marketing activities in shopping mall business.
Job Responsibilities:
Events and Campaigns Activation
- To plan, execute and coordinate a variety of events and promotions to draw the targeted shoppers footfall to the mall.
- To source, explore and plan for suitable and strategic external parties to collaborate on promotions and events that are in-line with the Mall's Brand Values.
- To source, order and monitor the stock of marketing materials, merchandise items, gifts, and complimentary products.
- To manage the documentation & administration, payments and contractors briefing with regards to the promotional activities and event.
- To establish and maintain good network of contacts with external parties, for joint promotional and partnership opportunities.
- Comply with authority regulations and prevent infringement of intellectual properties or trademark when developing any programme.
Marketing Communication
- Create, manage, monitor, innovate, enhance, and ensure that the Company's website, all social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) are up to date, accurate and relevant; to create brand awareness and publicity.
- Roll out new campaign/partnership projects over multiple channels such as onsite, newsletter, social media, paid media and mobile.
- Assist in drafting and ensure that the copy, write-up, and copywriting for collaterals like social media, website, press kits, press release brand, product, etc. are aligned to the brand's corporate identity.
- Manage the production of marketing materials, posters, flyers, bunting etc.
- Day to day management on all mall's communications to the customers and stakeholders.
- To manage and ensure information between mall with media and public is timely, accurate and reinforces the mall's brand identity and positioning.
Casual Mall Leasing
- To ensure that the casual mall leasing's revenue target is achieved through strategic lease of promotion spaces, pushcarts, advertising spaces and any other potential avenue.
- Maintain & compile data on all marketing activities and monitor progress of sales at the end of promotional period.
- Ensure all dues rentals are collected in time to avoid any arrears.
Job Dimension (Impact & Accountabilities):
- Developing Annual marketing plans with a focus on increasing foot traffic by 10% and driving a 15% increase in sales revenue year-over-year.
- Maintain a consistent brand presence across all marketing channels, resulting in a 20% increase in brand recognition within the local community.
- Execute advertising campaigns and promotions with an annual budget resulting in an increase in customer visits during promotional periods.
- Collaborate with tenants on joint marketing initiatives, resulting in a 15% increase in tenant satisfaction and participation in mall-wide events.
- Implement loyalty programs and special events, resulting in a 10% increase in customer retention and a 20% growth in social media followership.
- Conduct quarterly market research studies and competitor analyses, resulting in actionable insights that lead to a 5% increase in market share.
- Grow the shopping mall's social media presence, achieving a 30% increase in engagement metrics and driving 25% of total website traffic from social media channels.
- Track KPIs and provide monthly reports on marketing performance, highlighting areas for optimization and achieving a 20% improvement in marketing ROI over the previous year.
Education/ Professional Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field required. Any professional course attended that are related to this position.
Professional Experience:
- Possess at least 4 - or 5-years of working experience in shopping mall(s).
