As a Marketing Executive, you'll collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, actively contributing to the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans to promote our brand and products. Your role will involve a wide range of marketing activities, including but not limited to market research, product launch and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Assist in develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve brand objectives and sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive information to inform marketing decisions.
- Plan, execute, and coordinate events to drive awareness and leads.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product specialist after sales, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Engage with customers through various communication channels to gather feedback and build brand loyalty.
- Complete any additional duties as requested by the marketing manager or management, including the timely submission of reports.
- To perform any other duties specified by Top Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in marketing activities: digital marketing, events, social media etc.
- Strong written, communication and presentation skills with fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic graphic design applications i.e. Adobe Suite or Canva.
- Creative with strong problem solving & analytical skills.
- Self motivated proactive and able to work independently or in team.
