Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Plan and manage marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and product launches. Coordinate logistics, such as venue selection, vendor management, and budget allocation, to ensure successful event execution.
  • Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and effective distribution of marketing materials.
  • Design high-quality marketing materials for events, social media, websites, brochures, banners, product packaging, and other promotional purposes using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing campaigns that align with company objectives and target audience.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, event management, or graphic design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
  • Excellent project management skills, including attention to detail, budget management, vendor coordination, and timeline management.
  • Passion for coffee and experience in the coffee industry are additional advantages.
  • Multi-tasking, resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency.
  • Competent in Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft office, Adobe Premiere.
  • Knowledge in SEO, Google Analytics, Graphic Design, Video Editing is an added advantage.
  • Good command in English is a prerequisite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can work independently with minimum supervision.
