We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Executive to oversee the marketing of our products both locally and internationally. The ideal candidate will excel in planning and executing marketing strategies, identifying target audiences, and optimizing performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products in both local and international markets.
- Plan and execute campaigns across various channels, including digital media, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
- Identify target audiences, craft compelling messaging, and select effective channels for customer engagement.
- Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, competitive landscapes, and pricing studies to make informed adjustments to marketing plans.
- Define and track KPIs to measure campaign success. analyze data and metrics to evaluate performance, market share, customer satisfaction, and other relevant metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
- Identify and pursue business and collaboration opportunities.
- Organize trade fairs, workshops and roadshows.
Job Requirements
- Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the wellness sector.
- Skills: Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills. Goal-oriented with robust business acumen, critical thinking, and analytical capabilities. Proficient in data analysis and decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities for business proposals, meetings, and development communication.
- Creativity: Ability to identify alternative approaches and solutions.
- Digital Expertise: Solid knowledge and experience in digital marketing. Familiarity with software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, A.I., Canva, etc.
