Job Description

Get to know the Role:

We are seeking a driven marketing executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our campaigns. This role requires working closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure that campaigns are executed effectively and deliver measurable results. 

This is an entry-level position, suitable for someone with a keen interest in marketing and a willingness to learn.

The ideal candidate should possess the ability to adapt quickly and be ready to move with the needs of the business. As such, a knack for problem solving and structured thinking would be an asset.

The day-to-day activities:

  • Support the end-to-end planning, design and execution of marketing campaigns by working closely with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Logistics & Production.
  • Monitor campaign performance, sales performance and budget spend regularly to ensure maximum impact and effectiveness.
  • Execute CRM (loyalty programme) initiatives and promotions and perform analysis to derive insights.
  • Conduct reporting and analysis across marketing campaigns, using data to drive better campaigns through a test and learn approach.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality work for creative, media buying, on-ground activations.
  • Liaise & collaborate with external partners such as other brands, mall management, wholesale buyers and other sales platforms.
  • Execute rollout of new products across all our stores.

The must haves:

  • Ability to work independently and think in a structured manner in driving certain smaller, low-risk initiatives as well as in an executional capacity.
  • Relentlessly driven and seeks challenges. Self-motivation and attention to detail. Timeline management and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet timelines given to complete tasks.
  • Ability to work closely with and support other partners within the team.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English. Written proficiency in Chinese/Malay will be an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
