Join us at Anytime Fitness Malaysia as a Marketing Executive, where you will play a critical role in bringing our campaigns to life across both digital and on-ground channels.
This role is the backbone of marketing execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, events run smoothly, and all stakeholders (internal teams, vendors, and clubs) are aligned.
You will work closely with the Asst. Marketing Manager to execute campaigns, manage logistics, and drive seamless rollouts across multiple states in Malaysia.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution & Rollout
- Support end-to-end execution of local marketing campaigns (online + offline)
- Coordinate campaign rollouts across multiple clubs and states, ensuring alignment with timelines and guidelines
- Ensure all campaign assets are delivered, distributed, and implemented correctly across channels
- Track campaign timelines and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
- Event & Activation Management
- Plan and execute on-ground activations including:
- Roadshows
- In-club events
- Corporate wellness activations
- Community initiatives
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and mall/landlord management for event setups, permits, and logistics
- Be present on-site to manage event setup and execution, ensuring smooth operations
- Coordinate with the content team to ensure proper event coverage (photo/video)
- Project & Stakeholder Coordination
- Maintain project timelines, trackers, and campaign calendars
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Manage external vendors (printing, fabrication, event setups, media owners, etc.)
- Source quotations, compare vendors, manage budgets, and support other administrative processes
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Operations, Sales, Franchisees)
- Act as the main point of contact for campaign execution-related matters
- Offline & In-Club Marketing
- Oversee production and distribution of offline collaterals:
- Ensure proper implementation of in-club marketing materials across locations
- Conduct periodic checks/audits to ensure compliance with brand and campaign guidelines
- Content Coordination & Support
- Assist in ideation of campaign content and ideas in collaboration with the team
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure timely production and delivery of creative assets
- Ensure content is aligned with campaign objectives and rolled out according to timelines
- Support basic copywriting and caption development where required
- Monitor content rollout and flag any gaps or delays
- Corporate & Partnership Support
- Support execution of corporate wellness programmes and partnerships
- Assist in coordinating corporate roadshows and engagement activities
- Work with partners to ensure deliverables are fulfilled (e.g. co-branded activations)
- Track campaign execution metrics (e.g. leads from roadshows, event turnout)
- Provide post-campaign reports and recommendations for improvement
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, events, or campaign execution
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and execution discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Slides, etc.)
- Willingness to travel across different states within Malaysia to support campaign rollouts and on-ground activations
- Comfortable working on weekends and outside standard working hours when required for events and roadshows
- Ability to be hands-on during event setups and execution
