Marketing Intern

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in managing the company's social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
2. Assist in capturing photos and videos related to warehouse operations, business activities, and company services.
3. Perform basic video editing, graphic design, and content formatting using tools such as CapCut and Canva.
4. Assist in writing social media captions and publishing content according to the content schedule.
5. Support basic community engagement activities, including responding to comments and maintaining WhatsApp and Telegram channels.
6. Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns for the Malaysian market.
7. Collect and organise basic social media performance data, including views, engagement rates, and content performance.
8. Monitor local social media trends, popular content, and competitors, and provide content suggestions.
9. Coordinate with the Malaysia and China marketing teams to organise and share marketing materials.
10. Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

1. Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in social media management, short-form video production, and content creation.
3. Familiar with the basic functions of social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
4. Basic photography, video-editing, or graphic-design skills. Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, ChatGPT, or similar tools is an advantage.
5. Basic written and verbal communication skills in English. The ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.
6. Good understanding of Malaysian culture, social media trends, and local audience preferences.
