Bhd. is most notable for its wide range of premium Nata De Coco, jelly, jelly drink, konjac jelly, fruit drink and pudding.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing and e-commerce growth, with offline marketing as a complementary channel. You will develop integrated, digital-first strategies, build brand presence across online platforms, run data-driven campaigns, manage budgets, and deliver measurable business results. The ideal candidate has strong FMCG or food and beverage experience, with deep hands-on expertise in performance marketing, social commerce, and content.
Responsibilities
Online Marketing (Primary Focus)
- Develop and own the online marketing strategy, aligned with company growth and sales targets
- Plan and execute campaigns across social media, search, display, email, and paid media
- Manage paid advertising on Meta, Google, and TikTok, including budget pacing, bidding, and audience targeting
- Drive growth on e-commerce and social commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), including campaign calendars, mega-sale events, and platform promotions
- Lead social media strategy and content planning across channels, building a consistent and engaging brand voice
- Manage influencer, KOL, and affiliate partnerships, and oversee content creators and agencies
- Optimize the website, landing pages, and conversion funnels to improve traffic, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost
- Build and grow owned channels such as email, CRM, and community or messaging groups, to improve retention and repeat purchase
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, offers, and targeting, and scale what works
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, ROAS, and other key metrics, and turn insights into clear actions
- Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate spend efficiently across channels
- Stay ahead of digital trends, platform changes, and new tools, including AI-assisted marketing tools
Offline Marketing (Supporting Role)
- Plan and execute selected offline initiatives that support online campaigns and sales, such as roadshows, exhibitions, trade shows, and point-of-sale materials
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, and event partners, keeping offline spend cost-effective
- Ensure brand consistency across offline and online materials
- Integrate offline activities with digital (e.g. QR codes, social campaigns, and online lead capture at events)
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support promotions and campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing-related roles, with at least 3 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social media operations
- Proven, measurable results in digital campaigns, e-commerce, or social media growth
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, content strategy, and performance analysis
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, analytics tools (e.g. GA4), SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
- Experience in media buying, media planning, and campaign budget allocation
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to optimize based on insights
- Experience in retail or FMCG, especially food and beverage, is strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of offline marketing and event execution is an advantage
- Excellent cross-functional communication, project management, and vendor/agency management skills
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese preferred; additional language skills are an advantage
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, or B2B/B2C hybrid environments
- Experience with social commerce, live streaming, or marketplace campaigns
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM tools, or video content production
- Familiarity with inventory, fulfillment, and operational coordination
Pay range and compensation package
Salary: RM 8,000 – RM 10,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. Candidates with proficiency in English, Malay, and Chinese will have an added advantage.
