Job Responsibility
- Plan and execute online campaigns (Meta, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, Google Ads) to drive property sales leads.
- Create engaging social media contentposts, banners, and videosusing Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Monitor ad performance, analyse data, and optimise for higher conversions.
- Pass leads to the sales team and support their closing efforts.
- Visit project sites for content creation and market research if needed.
- Collaborate with sales and project teams to support promotions, events, and campaigns.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Social Media Management and Paid Advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), Google Ads).
- Able to communicate, read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to generate campaign ideas and content/campaign independently.
- Basic video shooting and editing skills.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
