About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting the daily commercial operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions and maintaining proper documentation to support financial reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

1. Payment & Vendor Coordination

  • Prepare and process payments to vendors, suppliers, and staff claims in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with vendors on invoices, payment status, and related queries.
  • Assist in tracking outstanding payments and follow up where necessary.

2. Invoice & Basic Accounts Support

  • Assist in preparing customer invoices and monitoring collections.
  • Support verification of vendor invoices before processing.
  • Maintain simple records of accounts payable and receivable.

3. Data Entry & Documentation

  • Record transactions accurately in the system (ERP or internal trackers).
  • Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
  • Ensure all records are updated and organized for easy reference.

4. Reporting & Reconciliation Support

  • Assist in basic reconciliation (payments, invoices, and bank records).
  • Support preparation of simple reports and trackers for internal use.

5. Administrative & Office Support

  • Handle general administrative tasks including correspondence and document management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external parties as needed.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc administrative or finance-related tasks

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of working experience in finance or accounting support (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and finance processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with SAP/ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
