Job Summary
The Performance Marketing Executive supports the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. This role works closely with internal teams and clients to ensure campaigns are effectively delivered, optimized, and reported using data-driven insights.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the setup, management, and optimization of performance campaigns across SEM, Social, Display, and Content Discovery platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, and support optimization efforts to improve results
- Assist in analysing performance data and translating insights into recommendations
- Work closely with media planners and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery
- Support BAU campaign planning, reporting, and QBR preparation
- Help identify new platforms, tools, and opportunities to improve performance
- Participate in client discussions related to campaign performance when required
- Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by the reporting manager

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in digital or performance marketing
- Strong interest in paid media, analytics, and performance optimisation
- Good understanding of digital performance metrics
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Comfortable working in a collaborative and client-facing environment
