Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Accompany the Managing Director to business meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Assist in managing schedules, follow-ups, and reminders.
  • Coordinate and communicate with relevant departments, agencies, and clients on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and reports as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Job Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, and capable of handling a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, ACCA or related field.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Flexible to travel and attend meetings outside office as required.
